Given the increasing interest and demand for the certification of nature-based solutions (NBS) projects, our team continues growing. In recent months, two new professionals have joined ProSustentia.
Camila Rastelli holds a degree in Environmental Sciences from the Buenos Aires University, graduating in 2023. She was selected =in 2019 for an academic exchange in Madrid, Spain. Since 2021, she has been working in the environmental sector, with experience in urban waste management, project design, management, and coordination, international environmental consulting, compliance with the Sustainable Development Goals and Agenda 2030, environmental education, among others. She worked with organizations such as the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires Urban Hygiene Observatory, DH-SH SRL, and the Partnership for Action on Green Economy (PAGE) Secretariat within the United Nations.
Alejandro Biffis is an advanced student in the same degree. In his undergraduate thesis, he evaluates the provision of Ecosystem Services in Management and Conservation Plans of the Forest Law located in Chaco, Salta, and Santiago del Estero, using remote sensing. During 2022 and the first half of 2023, he worked at the Buenos Aires University, Agronomy College, Regional Analysis and Remote Sensing Laboratory (LART) as a geographic information systems technician, participating in various research projects related to agriculture and the environment.
