Decarbonization strategies specialist
Nadia Mazzeo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences from UBA and a Master degree in Urban and Regional Planning (UBA) with over 15 years of experience in both the public and private sectors in areas related to circular economy, solid waste management, and carbon footprint. She has worked with organizations such as INTI, Buenos Aires City Urban Hygiene Observatory, Sustentar Civil Association, and Mandala Consultancy. Nadia is assistant professor at Ecology office, Agronomy School, Buenos Aires University (UBA), in the Postgraduate Program in Urban and Regional Planning at the Faculty of Architecture, Design, and Urbanism, UBA, as well as at the Universidad Argentina de la Empresa (UADE) among other educational institutions. Member of different research and outreach projects with more than 20 scientiffic and outreach communications, six published articles, four books and one book chapter.
Since 2022 she has been working as decarbonization strategies specialist, collaboring in carbon footprint and climate action plans development.
