Nadia Mazzeo

Climate Strategy Specialist

Nadia Mazzeo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences from UBA and a Specialization in Urban and Regional Planning (UBA) with over 10 years of experience in both the public and private sectors in areas related to circular economy, solid waste management, and carbon footprint. She has worked with organizations such as INTI, Buenos Aires City Urban Hygiene Observatory, Sustentar Civil Association, and Mandala Consultancy. Nadia is assistant professor at Ecology office, Agronomy School, Buenos Aires University (UBA), in the Postgraduate Program in Urban and Regional Planning at the Faculty of Architecture, Design, and Urbanism, UBA, as well as at the Universidad Argentina de la Empresa (UADE) among other educational institutions. She is involved in various research and outreach projects, with over twenty scientific and outreach communications, six articles published in peer-reviewed journals, four books, and one book chapter published.

Since 2022, she has been working at ProSustentia as a specialist in climate strategies, contributing to the development of carbon footprints and climate action plans.
