Federico Moyano, Director of ProSustentia was invited to participate in the webinar on “Trends in the Carbon Market, ESG and Sustainable Finance” organized by the O’Farrell firm, which took place on August 10, 2023.

Agustín Siboldi, partner in the Public Law and Economic Regulation area specializing in Energy and Natural Resources, moderated the panel. Alongside Federico Moyano, various experts participated, including Peter Werner, Lucas Peverelli, and Sebastián Luegmayer. The experts covered topics related to the voluntary carbon market, evolution of contractual standardization and taxonomy for the negotiation of Voluntary Carbon Credits (VCC), the development of carbon capture projects in Argentina, trends in sustainable finance in the local market, and an approach to the legal and regulatory framework applicable to sustainable finance.
